You need to create your PayPal REST API credentials in your PayPal account. For up-to-date information on how to create these credentials, see the "Creating an API signature" section in the PayPal documentation.

Note: you need an API signature, not API certificatie. If you have a certificate, you must delete it before you can create a signature.
