Working with different tuning prices for your customers

To specify the number of credits and the price to be paid you configure credit tiers and groups in the Settings > Tuning credit prices section. We have already setup two groups for you, but feel free to remove or change them.

You can specify different price groups for different customers. Your most loyal customers could be in a discounted group while new customers will pay the normal prices. Or you can create a price group for your master users and your slave users. You always need to choose one default price group, newly registered customers will be automatically connected to this price group.

To change the price group of a customer, go to the Customers section and edit a customer. The top most field will show their price group. New customers will be assigned the default group.
